THE RIGHT ROUTE
Family immigration starts with understanding your relationship, your circumstances and what you want to achieve. We advise on the appropriate route and the evidence needed to support it.

Advice on continuing your family life in the UK, including family visa extensions and the requirements for settlement when you become eligible.
Where children are part of your plans, their nationality and immigration position also need to be considered. Families joining someone on a work or student visa may need advice on a dependant route instead.
SPECIALIST ADVICE
A family visa application involves more than completing a form. Financial requirements, relationship evidence, accommodation and application timing need to be considered together.
Overseas earnings, self-employment, company income, changes in employment or a previous refusal can make the assessment more involved. We help you understand which evidence is relevant to your circumstances and identify issues that need attention before you apply.
RELOCATING TO THE UK
Moving countries can involve a new job, a new home and arrangements for children. Early immigration advice helps you understand the application sequence and the documents you may need to obtain while you are still abroad.
If you are a British citizen returning to the UK with a partner or children overseas, we can assess the position of each family member and consider finances, future work and accommodation where relevant.
